Our Sessions
Tumble Tots Gymnastics
Classes for early years to introduce movement, coordination, exploration, confidence and fun. Gymnasts must attend with their parent/ grown up present.
Adult Gymnastics
Aimed at improving flexibility, strength, co-ordination and confidence with core equipment pieces and tumbling. For all ages and abilities.
General Gymnastics
Independent classes for all based around General Gymnastics disciplines including Acrobatics, Floor, Beam, Vault, Trampette, Rhythmic and Tumbling.
Acrobatics Squads
Elite training to prepare for Regional, National and International level. We are home to one of the most successful Acrobatics programmes in the country.
Intermediate Gymnastics
Intermediate level gymnastics for more experienced/ older gymnasts. Based on General Gymnastics.
Birthday Parties
Sportac Gymnastics Parties are the perfect way to celebrate your child’s special day, with high energy gymnastics fun, expert supervision, and zero stress for parents!
